Automated reports, delivered on schedule as Excel, CSV or PDF

Ops Insights runs your reports on a schedule and emails them to the people who need them, as Excel, CSV or PDF files. Nobody has to remember to pull the numbers, and everyone gets the same ones.

How scheduled reports work

  • Pick any report or dashboard tile
  • Set the criteria: a date range such as yesterday, last week or this month, plus any filters
  • Choose Excel, CSV or PDF
  • Choose when: daily, on chosen days of the week, every weekday, monthly or yearly, at the time you set
  • Add the recipients, inside or outside your organization

Each email carries the data and a link to run the report live. Excel files include the report's description and the criteria used, so whoever opens it knows exactly what they are looking at. Recipients can unsubscribe, and you can pause or edit a delivery at any time.

Reports for clients and partners

Some of the most useful automated reports go outside the company.
  • External users

Give clients, vendors and joint venture partners their own dashboards and scheduled reports, limited to their own data.
  • Your logo on the file

PDF and Excel exports carry your company logo, so a report you send looks like it came from you.
  • Vendor scorecards by email

Send each vendor its own SLA scorecard every month. Vendor scorecards
