Ops Insights is a product of ProcessFast, LLC, a software company in Columbia, South Carolina. We design, build and run it, and our analysts write the reports our customers use.

Why we built it

While implementing and configuring title production systems, we kept seeing the same thing: title agencies trying to put business intelligence to work, and failing. The data was there. Getting useful, trustworthy reports out of it took skills most agencies don't have in-house.

So we built Ops Insights from the ground up for title agents and underwriters. We started in title because that is where we had access to the systems of record, which let us build turnkey report libraries for ResWare, RamQuest, SoftPro and Settlor.

The same approach works anywhere a business runs on a SQL database, so Ops Insights now connects to any SQL-based system and is expanding beyond title.

RamQuest and ProcessFast announced a strategic partnership in 2017, the same year ResWare integrated with Ops Insights. In 2020 we deployed a RamQuest-specific version of the platform.
